Welcome to the Ivory Institute (collectively, "we," "us," or "the Institute"). By accessing or using our services, including our website, application process, the Enterprise IAM Residency, cohort programming, mentorship, community access, and communications from us via email or SMS, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms & Conditions govern your application, your participation in any paid program, your use of our website and content, and your receipt of communications from us.

The Ivory Institute provides an intensive education program that trains career changers for enterprise Identity and Access Management roles. We provide training, project work, mentorship, portfolio review, and a hiring pipeline. We are an education program. We are not an employer or a recruiting agency acting on your behalf.

Hiring outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on your effort, background, market conditions, and how you present yourself to employers. Any outcomes or testimonials shared on our website reflect specific individual residents and are not typical. By participating you accept full responsibility for your career, professional conduct, and financial decisions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the program or specific features at any time.

Admission to the residency is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We may decline any applicant if we do not believe the program is a fit at that time. You must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the countries where you intend to interview.

Admitted residents receive access to the program, cohort community, mentorship, and hiring pipeline for a defined period of twelve (12) months from the start of your cohort. Our goal is to help you get results inside that window, not to keep you in our system indefinitely.

By providing your email address or mobile number, you consent to receive recurring messages from the Ivory Institute. These may include:

• Application status and admissions updates
• Cohort reminders, onboarding, and program access
• Mentorship and community announcements
• Occasional program news and offers

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message and out of SMS by replying STOP to any text. We may still send transactional messages related to programs you are enrolled in.

Any program fees are due as agreed at the time of enrollment. Because the residency grants immediate access to proprietary curriculum, project material, community, and mentorship, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer. Specific refund or guarantee terms, if any, are outlined in your enrollment agreement and govern in the event of a conflict.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us in good faith may result in immediate termination of your access and collection action.

All program materials, including curriculum, project briefs, playbooks, templates, recordings, and proprietary frameworks are the intellectual property of the Ivory Institute and are licensed to you for personal use during and after your time in the residency. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, screen share with non-residents, or use any materials to teach, coach, or sell a competing product without our express written consent.

You agree to communicate professionally with staff, mentors, employer partners, and other residents at all times, to represent your background honestly with employers, and to operate ethically during interviews and on the job. We reserve the right to remove or terminate the access of any resident who violates this section, with no refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Ivory Institute and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost wages or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the program, our content, or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
